Promoting waste treatment and conversion into useful byproducts
This solution promotes a more systems focussed view of human waste treatment. Whereas many primitive waste treatment techniques stop at toilet access, this solution goes a few steps further. After collecting waste and transporting it out of communities where it can contaminate the environment, waste is brought to treatment centers where it is transformed into a series of byproducts that are in high demand. On use includes using the waste to grow black soldier flies, which then can be used as great sources of protein for chickens. Another byproduct is form of natural fertilizer that can help return productivity to overworked soil environments.
