Stakeholder Analysis Tool

Summary

The “Stakeholder Analysis Tool” is used to analyze stakeholder interest in a private sector engagement, systematically allowing us to develop and objective understanding of whom key stakeholders are and their level of influence and interest. A stakeholder is defined as anyone who has an interest in the success/failure of the engagement; will contribute to the relationship (positively/negatively); and can directly or indirectly influence the formation and success of an engagement.
