Establish community committees for local implementation

Summary

Community committees were established for each area the association worked in with representatives selected from each community. The committee is responsible for coordination with locals and finding solutions to the environmental problems for the common area. This helped shift mindsets away from individual benefits to realising mutual benefits for the whole community.
